Support Worker

What You will Be Doing
Every day is different, but your role may include:• Supporting people with everyday living activities• Promoting independence and life skills• Encouraging participation in hobbies and interests• Supporting access to community activities and activities in the home • Providing emotional support and encouragement• Assisting with personal care where required• Supporting with medication administration• Maintaining accurate records • Working closely with families and healthcare professionals

You will be supporting adults who need support to carry out their daily activities. Essential
We are recruiting a male candidate for this position due to the needs of the service

• Full UK Driving Licence• Ability to work flexibly across a rota, including weekends and sleep-ins.• Right to work in the UK

Desirable- not essential

• Previous experience working within care or support services.• QCF Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or autism.
