We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Support Worker to join our dedicated team based in Swansea working 24 hours per week.
In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.
Holding a full UK driving licence is mandatory for this role.
About the home
We are three adults living together in a comfortable four-bedroom home in the Clydach area. With the support of our staff team, we enjoy a variety of activities throughout the week that help us stay active, connected, and fulfilled. Our weekly routines often include going for walks, swimming sessions, arts and crafts, listening to music, and taking part in local community events....
