We're thrilled to announce the opportunity to support in of our newer 5-bed property in Newport, offering a spacious and welcoming environment designed to support young adults with Positive Behaviour Support and autism.
Positive Behaviour Support & Autism Support Workers will implement and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans, Active Support Plans, and Individual Person-Centred Plans to enable people we support to lead fulfilling lives. This will include supporting people to achieve their individual goals and maximise independence, choice, control, and decision-making. Support will be person centred and ensure dignity and respect for all people supported in line with Social Care Wales and Mirus Codes of Professional Practice.
