** ROLE IS BASED IN SOUTH WALES**
Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker in our specialist residential service in Ammanford SA18 2DR and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
**WE ARE RECRUTING FOR IMMEDIATE STARTS AS WELL AS SEPTEMBER/ OCTOBER STARTS**
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping.• Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging and meaningful activities.• Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.• Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.• Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Additional Information
- A variety of contracted hours available (22.5, 37.5 and 45 hours per week)• Shift patterns vary and include weekends and night shifts on a rota basis• No prior experience required – full training provided• Opportunity to gain a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care after probation, with full support• Previous experience for this role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given

- A genuine passion for providing excellent care• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team• Must be aged 18 or over and drivers preferrable but not essential
