About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our teams across a cluster of supported living services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, developing and supporting staff, and making a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
This is a varied and rewarding role, providing oversight of four small, well-established services, each supported by dedicated and hardworking teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the services, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, safety, and quality are consistently maintained.
The successful candidate will work closely with and be supported by an experienced Registered Manager, who will provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.

Requirements:
- Ideally QCF Level 5 or a minimum of QCF Level 3 with proven management experience and a willingness to work towards Level 5.• Experience managing staff in a social care setting.• Strong understanding of supported living and best practice.• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.• Ability to write and oversee care plans and risk assessments.• Good IT and administrative skills.• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and Class 1 business insurance.• Commitment to dignity, independence and rights of the people we support.
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily running of the service and ensure high standards of care.• Lead, support and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision.• Manage rotas, staffing levels, records, reports and compliance.• Maintain safe, effective services in line with legislation and company policies.• Ensure personalised care plans and risk assessments are up to date.• Build positive relationships with families, professionals and the wider community.• Handle complaints, incidents and quality improvements.• Support business development and staff retention.
Requirements:
