- Own customer satisfaction for assigned projects—proactively communicate scope, changes, and progress; resolve issues; and drive repeat business through professional delivery and closeout.
- Ensure uncompromising safety compliance, enforcing Johnson Controls EHS standards and all AHJ requirements; lead toolbox talks, pre‑task plans, and incident response/reporting.
- Analyze team performance and project KPIs (labor productivity, margin, change orders, punch‑list aging) and recommend improvements in methods, staffing, and subcontractor mix to protect profitability and schedule.

- Coach for performance: Set clear expectations, conduct ride‑alongs and site audits, and provide timely feedback to elevate craftsmanship, safety behaviors, and customer communication
- Control the job: Track install progress to the plan; approve timesheets; manage extras; trigger material releases; and align inspections/commissioning to achieve milestone billing.
- Manage partners: Source and oversee qualified subs; verify scope, T&Cs, and safety readiness; and ensure compliant, efficient execution.
- Drive continuous improvement: Use KPI dashboards and branch reviews to identify variances and implement corrective actions that strengthen margin and cycle time.
