Provide expert planning, design, oversight, coordination, implementation, advice and consultation regarding agency efforts led by Leveraging Technology.

Serves as a recognized technical authority with responsibility for developing, designing, implementing and maintaining agency efforts led by Leveraging Technology.

Assesses and provides strategic direction regarding the development of financial management policies and procedures.

Coordinates with multiple levels of management in the modification of existing and/or new financial management systems and the management of financial programs.

Develops specifications and requirements for the integration of financial management systems and solutions to potential interface challenges.
