SUPV IT PROJECT MANAGER (APPSW)

Supervisory Information Technology (IT) Specialist and technical authority for all aspects of complex, high level, or high visibility IT software and systems. This includes software, hardware, training, installation, and database administration.

Coordinates maintenance and support activities of major automated information systems and software, with IT specialists, project managers, and functional users to ensure system adequacy and efficiency.

Develops qualitative and quantitative measures of effectiveness in meeting project goals and provides input into development of project objectives and plans, statements of work, and technical proposals.

Makes changes in organization of work or assignment of functions to positions to improve workflow and services rendered, promote job satisfaction, increase productivity.

Keeps employees informed of management goals and objectives and higher level supervisors informed of employees’ participation and concerns.
