Required Attributes:
- High level of attention to detail and pride in producing clean, high‑quality finished work
- Physical dexterity — ability to work in tight spaces (floors, tubs, cabinets) with precision and control
- Interest in developing color‑matching skills (mixing and matching color, texture, and sheen)
- Strong problem‑solving ability — evaluate surface material and damage to determine the best solution
Duties:
- In the Field Daily: Check in at the office each morning, then complete 4+ creative repairs per day in the field
- Detail-oriented finish work / craftsmanship role
- Perform precision surface repairs on cabinetry, countertops, tubs, flooring, and more
- A skilled, hands-on role with opportunities for advancement based on performance and quality of work
