What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and maintain surgical suites to the highest sterile standards
- Provide proactive intraoperative support to surgeons and staff
- Ensure accurate handling, setup, and availability of surgical instruments and supplies
- Anticipate procedural needs based on surgeon preference and case flow
- Assist with room turnover to ensure efficiency between cases
- Perform surgical counts in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain and monitor sterile technique throughout procedures
- Assist with positioning and preparing patients for surgery
- Inspect, clean, and restock instruments and equipment
- Promote efficiency and excellence throughout each procedure
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and patient care
What We Are Looking For:
- Surgical Technologist certification (preferred) or relevant experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-focus environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
