Surveillance & Incident Management Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, from reputable university

• Have ≥ 15 years experience in Network Operation

• Experience in Network Surveillance Operations and Incident Management (Enterprise & FTTH).

• Deep understanding of telecom network architecture & operations: Transport Network (DWDM, IP/MPLS, Backhaul, Backbone), Access Network (FTTH GPON/XGS-PON, OLT, ONT, ODN & FWA), Incident & Service Management Frameworks (ITIL frameworks), NOC Tools (NMS/EMS platforms, AIOps/Monitoring Automation).

• Proven ability to manage and build proactive 24/7 operational team culture and good crisis management.
