Survey Project Manager

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated Project Manager to work in its Surveying Group. This position will include working on a wide range of survey projects, including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, IDOT plat of highways, topographic surveying, and more. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration, and teamwork.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leadership skills and team member oversight.
- Participate in business development with current and new clients.
- Develop accurate budgets and proposals.
- Direct and manage personnel assigned to the survey group.
- Track costs and upkeep project budgets.
- Managing multiple large projects at the same time.
- Plat creation, boundary calculations, and oversight.
- Research public records both online and at the recorder’s office.
