Surveyor
HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a competent Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the accurate measurement and mapping of construction sites. The Surveyor will support project teams by collecting and analyzing data to ensure precision in construction planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys to collect accurate data concerning land, structures, and construction sites.
- Utilize surveying equipment and software to measure distances, elevations, and angles.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records, sketches, and reports of survey findings.
- Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to provide necessary survey data.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications during fieldwork.
- Assist in setting out construction works according to design plans and specifications.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in surveying, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using modern surveying instruments and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS).
- Good understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or similar environments is advantageous.
