What You'll Do:
- Craft high-quality sushi using precise techniques and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every Guest.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards at all times.
- Continuously learn and master new skills, techniques, and station responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Prepare and plate sushi according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift.
- Execute fish-cutting and rolling techniques with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Communicate with teammates and expo to prioritize orders and minimize remakes.
- Mentor and support teammates, providing constructive feedback and assistance.
- Represent Sora professionally, demonstrating poise, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
