Sushi Specialist

We are seeking a Cook 4 (Highest-Level Cook) with advanced sushi knowledge and proven experience in a high-volume culinary environment. Candidates must demonstrate expert sushi preparation skills, including fish fabrication, specialty rolls, nigiri and sashimi preparation, advanced knife techniques, and a thorough understanding of food safety and quality standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support other culinary team members are essential.
