Key Responsibilities:

Sustainability and Carbon Accounting Platform (Sweep): Manage sustainability and carbon accounting data within the organisation’s data management platform, including developing data automation processes between SAP and Sweep to streamline data collection.
Cross-Functional Data Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify data discrepancies and ensure timely submission.
Performance Tracking & System Optimisation: Develop and maintain dashboards within the Sweep platform to track results and report on trend and variance analysis. Also, continue to evaluate system performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Support the annual sustainability reporting cycle. Assist in preparing internal presentations and sustainability newsletters.
Peer Benchmarking: Conduct regular industry research to benchmark Delfi’s sustainability performance against global peers.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma with background in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Experience: at least 2 years of working experience in data analytics, business intelligence, ESG data management or related field. Prior experience with carbon accounting platform (e.g., Sweep or equivalent) is preferred
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Experience working with large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Well-organised with effective time management and comfortable working with large datasets
Support internal audits by maintaining accurate documentations and audit-ready records.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
