Sustainability Growth Architect – ESG Advisory

Spin360 is seeking a Business Developer to expand client portfolios and strengthen market presence in fashion, leather, agroindustry, chemicals, textile and automotive sectors. You will work with consulting and technical teams to identify growth opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

The role requires 4+ years in BD/PM in sustainability, English fluency, and a proactive, travel-ready mindset. Hybrid work arrangement in Milan. Support the design and development of proposals, pitches and client presentations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Identify, qualify and pursue new business across client segments. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and partners. Collaborate with consulting team to align commercial activities with delivery. Degree in business, marketing or related field. 4+ years in business development or project management in sustainability/ESG. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
