The Team Waiting for You:

The Sustainability function is responsible for shaping Oxylabs' environmental, social and governance agenda while ensuring sustainability becomes an integral part of how we grow our business. As our Sustainability Manager, you will become the key expert driving the company's sustainability strategy, reporting and social impact initiatives while partnering closely with leadership and teams across the organization. With sustainability regulations evolving rapidly and stakeholder expectations increasing, this is an exciting opportunity to build scalable processes, influence business decisions and help define the next stage of Oxylabs' sustainability journey. Your work will directly shape how Oxylabs creates long-term value for employees, customers, society and the environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, own and continuously improve Oxylabs' sustainability strategy, roadmap and long-term ESG objectives aligned with business goals.

  • Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure, ensuring compliance with GRI, CSRD, ESRS, GHG Protocol and other applicable sustainability frameworks and regulations.

  • Drive social responsibility initiatives, including building partnerships with NGOs, managing corporate giving, evaluating sponsorships, donations and community impact projects.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Communications, Operations, Leadership and other internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business processes and decision-making.

  • Lead internal sustainability awareness initiatives, employee engagement campaigns, volunteering programs and educational events that strengthen sustainability culture.

  • Represent Oxylabs externally by participating in industry initiatives, conferences, working groups and stakeholder engagements while strengthening the company's sustainability reputation.

Your skills & experience:

  • 3+ years of experience leading sustainability, ESG or corporate responsibility programs.

  • Strong practical experience preparing sustainability reports using GRI, GHG Protocol and working with CSRD and ESRS requirements.

  • Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies rather than only preparing reports.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across multiple business functions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English with experience representing an organization externally.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in IT or digital businesses.

  • Experience working with NGOs, foundations or social impact initiatives.

  • Familiarity with carbon accounting, climate strategy or environmental management.

  • Knowledge of EcoVadis, CDP, UN Global Compact or Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 3500 - 4700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
