Sustaining Mechanical Engineer (m/f/x)

Provide engineering support for released products, investigating and resolving field, customer, and manufacturing issues while maintaining product reliability, safety, and performance Design and improve mechanical and structural components, including creating and revising 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation to enhance product durability, manufacturability, and serviceability Lead product change management activities, including ECRs/ECOs, configuration control, and implementation of design improvements across product lines Drive reliability and continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warranty, field, and manufacturing data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field Service to support product performance, resolve technical issues, and execute high-impact improvement projects
