- Experience building cloud-native apps using Kubernetes, containers, microservices and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, resiliency, scalability and performance engineering
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, API design and integration patterns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence technology decisions
