SVP, Structured Finance

The position reports directly to the Head of Structured Finance Department.

He is responsible for driving the Bank's growth through structured finance solutions, and the key responsibilities include:

• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze emerging opportunities in leveraged buyouts and broader financing markets to identify growth triggers.
• Deal Origination & Client Engagement: Source potential transactions, build client relationships, and negotiate financing terms.
• Execution & Documentation: Oversee contract structuring, legal review, and successful deal closure.
• Post-Execution Management: Monitor portfolio performance, manage risks, and implement restructuring when necessary.
• Economic Impact: Contribute to regional economic development through innovative financing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 15 years of experience in corporate banking.
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese, as the role requires regular communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and management at the Head Office, where Japanese is used as the primary working language for business coordination and meetings.
