SVP VP Relationship Manager in Metals and Mining Institutional Banking Group DBS Australia

You will manage and grow a Metals and Mining client portfolio. You will originate and execute banking mandates, identify business opportunities, develop banking solutions, prepare credit applications and reviews, monitor portfolio risk, maintain KYC compliance, and coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a Metals and Mining client portfolio
• Originate and execute client mandates across banking and capital-markets products
• Develop marketing initiatives and diversify the loan portfolio
• Identify business opportunities and cross-sell banking products
• Develop banking solutions through client, capital-structure, and valuation analysis
• Assess and manage credit, compliance, and execution risks
• Prepare credit applications and conduct periodic credit reviews
• Monitor portfolio accounts and escalate credit deterioration
• Maintain customer data integrity and KYC compliance
• Coach junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of institutional banking experience
• Transaction origination and execution experience in Metals and Mining
• Industry knowledge, network, and client relationships
• Bachelor's Degree
• Credit and financial analysis capabilities
• Business and commercial acumen
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Risk management knowledge
