SW Product Owner - CBND (m/f/d)

We are looking for a SW Product Owner who will take ownership of the development of HW Layer functionality and Drivers (HW detection and resource management, NVM, execution control, sequencer control & sync, TP, CIC, Utility instruments, PMUX etc.) in our Common Backend team. With your background in ATE and semiconductor test, your understanding of customers and market needs and your knowledge of HW bring up and low-lever SW development, you will contribute to continuing the success of the Advantest V93000 ATE platform.

In the role of a SW Product Owner in the SmarTest 8 Software for the V93k platform you will:

• Investigate product requirements in close cooperation with our HW & maintenance organization, marketing & sales organization, product management and key customers
• Work with other product owners and product managers to transform customer and business requirements into innovative product definitions and best in class software solutions
• Strive for application fit, quality, consistency of design and usability, consolidating the requirements across multiple domains
• Ensure the product fully utilizes our modular platform and fits into our SW and HW architecture
• Consult product management on market trends and customer test strategies

As a SW Product Owner you:

• Contribute to the product vision and own the backlog for a specific domain or team and drive prioritization
• Guide a SW development team throughout the entire feature development cycle, based on agile working methodologies
• Cooperate with other teams and stakeholders, especially Product Owners and Product Managers
• Make decisions to select between possible solutions, balancing time-to-market, scope and investments.
