SW_Software Engineer-System Integration & Produtization
Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to bridge the gap between low-level BSP enablement, AI application software, and mass production.
This role focuses on system software integration, peripheral driver adaptation, reliability validation, and manufacturing tooling development throughout the product delivery cycle. We value strong software fundamentals, systematic problem-solving skills, and the adaptability to learn and integrate diverse system services, hardware interfaces, and production workflows under team guidance.

-Port, configure, and validate Linux device drivers and system interfaces across hardware revisions and component updates.
-Assist in adapting peripheral stacks and verifying interface stability with system software.
● System Software & Service Integration:
-Integrate, configure, and maintain Linux system services, middleware components, and communication daemons bridging hardware capabilities to application layers.
-Build, customize, and verify target Linux distributions and system runtime environments.
● Quality Testing & System Reliability Validation:
-Design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional verification, long-run stress testing, and system stability across development stages (EVT / DVT / PVT).
-Analyze system logs, identify performance/stability bottlenecks, and verify issue resolutions.
● Manufacturing & Production Tooling:
-Develop and maintain diagnostic scripts, station test utilities, and flashing/provisioning tools for factory production lines.
-Support manufacturing test issue triage to ensure smooth product delivery to mass production (MP).
● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Collaborate actively across BSP, AI Application Software, and Manufacturing teams to isolate root causes and resolve integration challenges.
-Document integration workflows, test procedures, and diagnostic guidelines.
【Requirements】 (Must-have / Minimum Qualifications)
● 1–3 years of experience in Linux-based software development or system integration (or relevant project experience)
● Proficiency in C / C++ and at least one scripting language (Python or Shell / Bash)
● Solid understanding of Linux system fundamentals (process lifecycle, system services, systemd, IPC, storage/filesystem basics)
● Basic experience or strong willingness to learn Linux driver porting, peripheral communication, or system debugging (dmesg, gdb, strace, log analysis)
● Ability to write clean, maintainable test scripts or automation utilities
● Strong curiosity, adaptability, and clear communication across hardware and software domain boundaries
