SWE - Financial Accountant

Arthur D. Little is looking for a Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Gothenburg, starting in January 2027.

In this role, you will enjoy a varied mix of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a real difference in our day-to-day finance operations. Working closely with our Finance Manager, you will take ownership of accounting, reporting and financial follow-up for one of our Nordic entities, while contributing to a wide range of finance activities across the business.

You will become part of a small, supportive and collaborative team, working closely with colleagues in Sweden and across our international organisation. We value initiative, teamwork and a hands-on mindset, and offer an environment where your contributions truly matter.

The position is full-time, based in Gothenburg with a hybrid working arrangement, and offered as an initial 18-month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting, reconciliations and monthly financial closing
• Financial reporting and follow-up for one of our Nordic entities
• Customer invoicing and payment follow-up
• Cash flow forecasting, payments and management of intercompany balances

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting and financial administration
• Experience with monthly financial closing, bookkeeping, reconciliations and accruals
• A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
• Good written and spoken Swedish and English
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
