SWE II/Senior SWE

You’ll work side by side with our CTO to bring the full Bolto HR stack to life. Our team has already built a growing suite of products, including:

• US payroll infrastructure
• Contractor management tools
• Global compliance workflows
• An international recruiting platform connecting top talent with fast-growing companies

As an early engineer at Bolto, you’ll take ownership over core systems that sit at the intersection of payments, compliance, and automation; and ship product that directly powers real customers.

Over the coming years, we’ll expand into international payroll, build AI-driven automation across the hiring and HR lifecycle, and develop new products that modernize how global teams operate.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a full stack developer

Nice to Haves:

• 1+ years at a startup
• Experience working on a global team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
