We are looking for someone who:

🔞 Is at least 18 years old

🖍 Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and has good English skills

💻 Has basic computer knowledge

💭 Is service-minded, professional and thorough, while also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resilient and enjoys problem solving

👜 Is flexible, available and ready to work here for at least 12 months

About the role:

📞 Customer support via incoming phone calls, emails and chat – analysing problems and solving customer cases quickly, clearly and effectively, from simple to more complex issues

👨‍💻 Upselling – in each call you will carry out a needs analysis and inform all customers about current campaigns

⏳ You will work towards set goals, assessed on call time, customer satisfaction and sales targets
