Swedish-speaking Customer Care Specialist | Athens, Greece

A damaged device, a repair request or a question about warranty coverage — customers need someone who listens, explains and follows through.

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Swedish-speaking customer care professional to assist with device protection services, insurance claims and repair or replacement enquiries.

Your role, your impact

• Handle customer questions by phone and chat.
• Register new claims and follow up on existing cases.
• Explain warranty terms, coverage and claim decisions.
• Coordinate repair and replacement requests.
• Manage complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Keep accurate records and follow data protection requirements.

The person we're looking for

• Native-level Swedish or C1 proficiency.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Confident computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

The important details

• Location: Athens, Greece
• Work model: On-site
• Contract: 8 months
• Schedule: Rotating shifts between 10:00 and 23:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
• Training: Two weeks of induction followed by two weeks of practical on-the-job training
• Relocation: Not provided
