Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the Position

We are looking for a Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join an international team in Athens.

In this role, you will support customers with inquiries, claims, repairs, replacements, and warranty-related questions. You will provide clear and empathetic assistance across different customer interactions while ensuring accurate documentation and following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat.
• Process new and existing claims and provide status updates.
• Coordinate repairs and replacements for electronics and appliances.
• Answer questions about warranty coverage, terms, and services.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and case notes.
• Follow data protection, GDPR, and internal procedures.
• Manage multiple systems and customer requests efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Swedish.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Advanced PC skills and confidence using technology systems.
• Familiarity with Windows, Android, Chrome, and standard office software.
• Experience with CRM or customer management systems is an advantage.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
