Location: On-site – Athens, Greece

Are you fluent in Swedish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team in Athens as a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agent and help customers with claims, warranties, and product-related issues while ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat regarding claims, warranties, and electronics or appliance issues.
• Process new and existing claims, provide status updates, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Manage complaints, resolve customer concerns, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and case notes using Salesforce CRM and internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify complaint root causes and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Swedish.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer focus, empathy, and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Windows, Android, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple systems.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends.
• Rotational shifts between 10:00 and 23:00.
• On-site position in Athens, Greece.
