Swim Coach & Operations Executive

Inspire Mum & Baby is looking for a warm, energetic and responsible Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our growing team.
You do not need to be an experienced swim coach. If you're confident in the water, enjoy working with children and families, and have the right attitude, we provide structured training, mentoring and professional swim-teaching certifications to develop you into a confident coach.
What You'll Do
Swim Coaching
- Conduct swimming classes for babies, toddlers and children
- Teach water confidence, water safety and progressive swimming skills
- Support children of different ages and abilities in a safe, encouraging environment
- Communicate confidently and professionally with parents
- Maintain high standards of safety and class quality
- Participate in structured training, mentoring and professional development
Centre Operations
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the centre
- Assist with customer enquiries, bookings and class arrangements
- Support opening and closing duties when rostered
- Assist with events, programmes and other operational activities
- Work closely with the coaching and operations team to provide an excellent customer experience
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
- Comfortable and confident in the water
- Passionate about working with babies, children and families
- Warm, patient and able to engage young children
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable communicating with parents and customers
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Willing to work weekends
- Interested in developing a long-term career in swimming, education and family wellness
Previous swim-teaching, coaching, early-childhood, sports, fitness, hospitality or customer-service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
