What You’ll Do:
- Teach age-appropriate swim lessons following YMCA & WSI guidelines.
- Create lesson plans and track participant progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and build positive relationships.
- Ensure classes start on time and materials are organized before and after sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 16 or older
- Passion for helping others succeed and stay safe in the water.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
