We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated candidates to join our team! In this role, you will teach swim lessons to children and/or adults, helping them develop water safety skills, improve technique, and build confidence in the water.
This position is perfect for high school and college students, teachers, or anyone seeking a rewarding role with a flexible schedule. We work with you to accommodate class schedules, sports, and other jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach proper swimming technique in a safe, positive, and appropriate manner to various levels and age groups in accordance with the company's curriculum (We will train you!)
- Ability to demonstrate and explain skills, analyze and correct performance, minimize fear, and use appropriate teaching devices.
- Excellent communication skills with your team, leaders, and patrons.
- Assist with pool setup, cleanup, and adherence to facility guidelines.
