Your Shift in Motion
You’ll roll in for evening shifts on weekdays or Saturday mornings, greet familiar faces on deck, and get set for a fast, upbeat flow of classes. Between sessions, you’ll reset gear, check in with families, and track quick notes so the next lesson launches smoothly. The best moments hit in real time: a nervous beginner relaxes, a kid nails a new skill, and parents leave knowing their swimmer is building confidence. You’ll wrap up, tidy your space, and head out feeling like you helped the community level up—one lap at a time.
Obtain Criminal background check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI fingerprint clearance.
