Swim Team Coach (Sundays Only) – Recreational Program

Part-Time | Weekend Position

SwimLabs Sugar Land is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced swim coach to lead our Sunday recreational swim team program. This role is ideal for a former competitive swimmer, swim instructor with team experience, or assistant coach looking for flexible weekend hours.

Schedule
• Sundays only
• 3–4 hours per week (morning sessions)

What You’ll Do
• Lead fun, structured swim practices focused on technique and endurance
• Help swimmers improve strokes, starts, and turns
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, and enjoyment of swimming
• Provide feedback for swimmers

Requirements
• Swimming background required (competitive or strong swimming experience)
• Experience working with kids (swim instruction or coaching preferred)
• Energetic, positive, and reliable
• Ability to manage a group of swimmers in a structured setting

• Sunday-only commitment – perfect for extra income

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
