Job Description & Requirements

The Swimming Coach is responsible for delivering high quality swimming programmes adhering to the in-house swimming programme of the swim school.

Skills & Requirement:

Minimum of 1 year relevant teaching experience an advantage
Recognized swim teacher certification or degree in Physical Education an advantage
Able to conduct programmes for Babies, Preschool and Learn to Swim
Fluent in English
Ability to speak in an additional language an advantage
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends/ public holidays.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
Excellent communicator with both children and adults
Possess the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
Perseverance and patience
A good understanding of how to differentiate in a teaching session
Professional, punctual and well-organized person responsible for the implementation, development and organization of swimming classes
