Swimming Instructor & Operations Coordinator - 5 days/ Up to $4k [0580]
Working Days: 5 days week (weekend needed)
Working Time: weekday 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm; weekend 8am-6pm
Working Location: Tanjong Katong & Bendemeer (no fixed)
Salary: $2,500 to $4,000
Responsibilities
Swim Coaching
- Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
- Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
- Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.
Operations & Coordination
- Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination.
- Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks.
- Communicate class schedules and updates to parents.
- Support the daily operations of the swim centre.
Safety & Facility Support
- Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Set up and pack up the pool area before and after classes.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards for the pool, equipment, and facilities.
Requirements
- Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage
- Able to work weekends (required).
- Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are an advantage (if applicable).
