Professional Pools & Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!
This is a hands-on, outdoor position focused on keeping residential swimming pools clean, safe, and properly maintained.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and can work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Previous pool maintenance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
What You'll Do
Complete an assigned daily route of residential swimming pools while maintaining our company's quality and service standards.
Clean pools by brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and removing debris
Empty skimmer and pump baskets
Test pool water and maintain proper chemical balance
Monitor water clarity and overall pool conditions
Inspect pool equipment for visible issues and report needed repairs
Maintain accurate service records and document work completed
Keep your assigned company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
Follow company safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
What We're Looking For
Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned daily route
Willingness to learn swimming pool maintenance and water chemistry
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks, lifting supplies, and working on your feet throughout the day
Good communication and time-management skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
Good driving record and eligibility to operate a company vehicle
Ability to meet company pre-employment screening requirements
No previous pool experience required. We provide on-the-job training!
Schedule & Pay
Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
Higher starting pay considered for relevant experience
Full-time, year-round employment
Monday–Friday
Day shift
Typically 8 hour shifts
