- Set up financing deals and prepare paperwork, checking they match credit approvals
- Support the Front Office on agency and bilateral mandates
- Run agency administration for syndicated loans, including Facility Agent, Security Agent and Account Bank roles
- Review legal documents and work with relevant parties to keep them in line with internal policy
- Handle utilisation requests, rate-fixing and rollovers
- Be the contact for borrowers and lenders on waiver, consent and amendment requests
- Set up and manage limits in LIQ
- Monitor collateral and covenants
- Provide rates and indicators for portfolio valuation
