SYNLawn Project Manager
Summary
Coordinates and manages synthetic lawn projects from bid review to production, handling submittals, materials ordering, and subcontractor communication.
Job Purpose
To provide an accurate submittal for projects to reflect the most accurate scope of work.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists the estimator by reviewing scope of work and pulling bid submittals
- Review awarded project with estimator, project manager, and financial manager
- Send out introduction letter to owner
- Request shop drawings
- Request P.O. numbers for materials needed
- Request any subcontracts if needed
- Prepare and submit project submittals
- Request final shop drawings and roll order once submittals are approved
- Review and approve roll order for production
- Send order to production
- Order all materials needed for projects
- Communicate with subcontractors
- Keep Wrike updated – there should be no blanks
- Ensure any change orders are executed during project
- Ensure project is closed out when complete
- Some Travel Required(30%)
