- Deployment, management and optimization of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Systems Manager, Backup Manager)
- Maintenance of Active Directory for secure authentication across on-premises and cloud services
- Maintenance of VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
- Management of Active Directory including PKI, DNS, GPO and other connected tools
- Administration of physical servers (blade and standalone configurations)
- Management of environments with both Microsoft and Linux-based operating systems
- Handling of Enterprise HPE storage solutions (HPE 3PAR, MSA, Primera, Alletra)
- Support and management of Fiber Channel SAN switches
- Development and management of Terraform-based infrastructure
- Automation of configuration management using Ansible, Foreman, and AWS Systems Manager (SSM)
- Creation and management of dashboards and alerts to minimize downtime
- Monitoring of system performance, security, and infrastructure health in real-time
- Experience with AWS, Terraform and Ansible
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, technical degree beneficial
- Strong technical skills with Github, Active Directory, Veeam Data Platform, VMware suite, Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, and physical hardware like HPE servers, storage arrays and switches
- Solid problem-solving skills with ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and teammates
- Documentation and knowledge sharing
- AWS Cloud practitioner or equivalent certification
