You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a System Administrator!

System Administrator
Location: Bencoolen
Duration: Asap – 1 year, Mon – Fri
Salary: Up to $8,000/Mth

Job scope:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and vendor-managed Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) services
- Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve IT incidents and service requests
- Manage user accounts, access rights, digital IDs, IT assets, and software licenses
- Monitor IT systems to ensure availability, security, and performance
- Coordinate with IT vendors and monitor service performance and SLAs
- Support cybersecurity activities, including system patching, vulnerability checks, and access reviews
- Maintain accurate IT asset and software license records
- Analyse IT operations and prepare reports on trends, issues, and service performance
- Conduct product evaluations and market research for IT solutions
- Support IT incident, request, and change management processes
- Assist clients with IT operational matters and provide service updates
- Maintain IT documentation and improve processes and procedures
- Lead or support business and technology projects
- Support the improvement and expansion of cloud services using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2-4 years' experience in IT operations, system administration, infrastructure support, managed services, or IT consulting environment
