CTI (Conference Technologies), an AV and conference solutions provider, is hiring a System Administrator in Pune to maintain, monitor, and support internal systems and infrastructure, manage user accounts and access, handle escalated technical issues, and support patching, backups, monitoring, and security improvements alongside Helpdesk, Networking, and Cybersecurity teams.

So, what are we looking for?
We are looking for a System Administrator in Pune whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. you’ll help maintain, support, and improve the systems and technology services that CTI employees rely on every day. You’ll also serve as an escalation resource for more complex technical issues and work closely with the Helpdesk, Networking, Cybersecurity, and other teams to keep our technology reliable, secure, and effective.

What are your responsibilities?
These responsibilities give an idea not a full picture of what you’ll do, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employees’ strengths:
- Systems administration: Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and support company systems, infrastructure, and business technology services.
- User & access administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, access, and related administrative requests while following established security practices.
- Escalated technical support: Serve as an escalation point for complex issues that require deeper troubleshooting beyond Level 1 support.
- System maintenance: Assist with system updates, patching, upgrades, deployments, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Monitoring & reliability: Help monitor system health, availability, performance, and backups, and respond appropriately when issues arise.
- Security support: Work with Cybersecurity and other IT team members to help address vulnerabilities, access concerns, and security-related improvements.
- Troubleshooting & problem solving: Identify root causes, resolve recurring issues, and develop long-term solutions instead of relying solely on temporary fixes.
- Projects & improvements: Participate in technology upgrades, migrations, deployments, and other IT projects.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles so information can be shared across the IT team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Helpdesk, Networking, Cybersecurity, vendors, and business teams to resolve issues and improve the employee technology experience. Other tasks as assigned

Does experience count?
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or a similar IT role
- Experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems and user environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, applications, user access, endpoints, and connectivity.
- Working knowledge of networking, identity and access management, system security, backups, and general infrastructure concepts.
- Experience supporting system updates, patching, maintenance, and technology deployments
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of issues through completion
