System Administration
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, email IDs, access rights, and permissions
Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security procedures
Maintain antivirus, firewall, and software updates
Coordinate with vendors for IT support, AMC, and repairs
Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures
Compliance & Support
Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security guidelines
Support internal teams with IT-related requirements
Assist during audits and management reviews
Maintain confidentiality of company data and systems
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in System Administration and IT Asset Management
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware
Experience in IT inventory management
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Knowledge of Zoho, TrackWick, or similar tools is an added advantage
