System Administration

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Manage user accounts, email IDs, access rights, and permissions

  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security procedures

  • Maintain antivirus, firewall, and software updates

  • Coordinate with vendors for IT support, AMC, and repairs

  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures

Compliance & Support

  • Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security guidelines

  • Support internal teams with IT-related requirements

  • Assist during audits and management reviews

  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and systems





Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in System Administration and IT Asset Management

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware

  • Experience in IT inventory management

  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Zoho, TrackWick, or similar tools is an added advantage
