Experience: 7–10 years of proven experience as a Production Database Administrator in a complex, multi-platform enterprise environment.
Database Expertise: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server administration, architecture, and performance tuning.
Cloud Solutions: Strong familiarity with modern enterprise Cloud DB solutions; direct experience with Azure and/or Snowflake platforms is highly advantageous.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical changes to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Compliance & Security: Prior experience working within a regulated environment (such as SOX compliance) and managing strict database security protocols.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Business Intelligence (BI), and Development teams across international sites.
Operational Flexibility: Flexibility and willingness to participate in a rotational, on-call framework to support a 24/7 global manufacturing operation.
