As we scale, we are looking for a skilled System Administrator to strengthen our infrastructure and ensure seamless operations across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle user account management, permissions, and access control, desktop support
• Maintain and monitor office infrastructure servers, network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
• Support internal development and QA environments across multiple teams.
• Implement and maintain system backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices (firewalls, updates, access control).
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers on infrastructure scalability and performance improvements.
• Handle user account management, permissions, and access control.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role.
• Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
• Solid knowledge of networking equipment (CISCO equipment, VPN, DNS, firewalls, fail-over scenarios).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in office system administration.
• Experience with network equipment configuration.
• CCNA certification or similar.
• Backup management experience.
