System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and configure software and hardware, including servers and operating systems.
• Security and Access: Manage user accounts, permissions, firewalls, and security patches to protect company data.
• Backup and Recovery: Perform routine data backups and execute disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Technical Support: Assist employees or lower-tier teams with technical questions and IT requests.

Requirements:

• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, or macOS.
• Networking: Understanding of LAN, WAN, DNS, and firewalls.
• Scripting: Ability to automate tasks using languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving aptitude and communication skills.
