We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our workstation environments, server infrastructure, storage systems, and local network.
As a key member of the IT department, you will manage both backend system administration and provide essential help desk support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
OS & Workstation Management (Windows & Linux) :
Perform clean installations, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
Maintain and troubleshoot Linux environments, specifically Ubuntu and CentOS servers.
Infrastructure & Server Administration:
Assist in managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies (GPOs), user access management, and core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP).
Networking & Security:
Apply mid-level networking knowledge to configure, manage, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connections.
Help Desk & IT Support:
Serve as the point of contact for internal technical escalations, providing efficient Help Desk support.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations to keep the internal IT knowledge base up to date.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar enterprise IT role.
Operating Systems: Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. Hands-on experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu/CentOS) is highly required.
Networking: Mid-level knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, VLANs, routing, and firewall rule configurations.
Language: Good technical English skills (written and spoken).
