System Administrator

Salary: $28,000 – $35,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily monitoring for the data center facility and testing environment.

• Monitor server system stability and performance after deployment and proceed handover process.

• Undertake incident resolution and project-oriented tasks related to server deployments.

• Prepare and maintain proper documentation for IT operation procedure.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.

• 5 years or above hands-on technical experience in infrastructure.

• 5 years or above on ERP system project development .

• Experience in Windows, Linux, VMware & is highly preferable.

• Mature and able to work independently without direct supervision.

• Pro-active, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese), and interpersonal communication skill.

• ITIL certified or familiar with ITIL processes and holding the professional infrastructure certificates is an advantage.

• Deployed to branch offices in China and Malaysia to oversee system and local IT support.
