It is an IT helpdesk Job involves, IT troubleshooting, resolving day to day IT hardware and software operation related Problems. Managing, Maintaining IT infrastructure, Desktop, Laptop and other IT assets. Installation, Configuration and updating Approved IT application, Operating System and Hardware etc.
Administer core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Print Services, and related server roles.
